These terms govern your use of designanswers.co and all products and services offered by DesignAnswers ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
DesignAnswers provides digital educational content, community access, courses, and tools for designers, product people, and facilitators. Products are delivered through our website and through Whop.
Accounts
Some features require an account through Whop. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Purchases and refunds
All payments are processed through Whop and Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. For digital products (courses, templates, toolkits), we offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Subscription products (community access, ongoing memberships) can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time on subscriptions.
Intellectual property
All content on designanswers.co (text, images, videos, course materials, templates, code examples) is owned by DesignAnswers or used with permission. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased materials without written permission.
You retain ownership of any work you create using our tools, templates, or course materials. We claim no rights over your output.
Community guidelines
Our community spaces are for professional learning and collaboration. We expect members to be respectful and constructive. We reserve the right to remove members who violate these standards, including but not limited to:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Spam or unsolicited promotion
- Sharing pirated or unauthorized content
- Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
AI-generated content
Some of our tools and services use AI to generate content. AI output is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
Limitation of liability
DesignAnswers provides educational content and tools. We are not liable for business decisions, outcomes, or damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
