DesignAnswers ("we", "us", "our") operates designanswers.co. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Account and contact information. When you sign up for our email list, purchase a product, or join our community, we collect your email address and name. Payment information is processed by Whop and Stripe. We never store credit card numbers.

Usage data. We collect standard analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type) through Vercel Analytics. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

Cookies. We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your data

• Send you the materials you requested
• Deliver purchased courses and products
• Send occasional updates about DesignAnswers (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Improve the site based on aggregated usage patterns

Third-party services

We share data only with services necessary to operate:

• Kit (ConvertKit) for email delivery
• Whop for community access and product purchases
• Stripe (via Whop) for payment processing
• Vercel for hosting and analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

We keep your data as long as you have an active account or email subscription. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained longer as required by law.

You can:

• Request a copy of your data by emailing us
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
